Gropgården, Arboga - Sweden 🇸🇪

In the city center of Arboga lies Gropgården. The project is five CLT houses with high acoustic performance, following at least the class B requirements, in acoustic figures, DnT,w+C50-3150 ≥ 56 dB and L´nT,w+CI,50-2500 ≤ 52 dB. We were involved in the whole process from the first early design choices until the field measurements in the finished buildings (2020-2022). The structure is load bearing CLT walls and CLT slabs with screed on mineral wool. Our client was Skanska.
