Notuddsparken, Västerås - Sweden 🇸🇪

Notuddsparken are two CLT houses in Västerås with very high acoustic performance, fulfilling the Swedish sound classes A and B with DnT,w+C50-3150 ~ 56-60 dB and L´nT,w+CI,50-2500 ~ 52 dB. The floor slabs are CLT with installation floors and the walls are load-bearing CLT. We were involved in the whole process from the first early design choices until the field measurements in the finished buildings (2019-2021). Our client were PEAB and BRF Notuddsparken.
